General terms of saleDEPOSIT The deposit is set at 350 euro per apartment and shall be remitted via a bank transfer together with the rent sum. In the event that damage is caused during the client’s stay, the cost shall be deducted from the deposit. The deposit is returned via a bank transfer no later than 4 /four/ weeks after the premises are vacated. INVENTORY Before and after occupancy, our representative makes a strict inventory of the apartment. A copy of the list of contents specifying the condition of the apartment stays at the disposal of the client. He shall notify the owner of missing items within 24 hours of occupation. In the event that damage is caused during the client’s stay, the cost for repair shall be deducted from the deposit. INSURANCE Clients have to take insurance against risk specific to household property, such as: thefts, loss or destruction of personal property. Eurosilex shall not be held responsible for such damage. The insurance policy should also include potential damage to rented furniture, as well as potential damage to the complex caused through the carelessness of the lodgers. CAPACITY OF THE APARTMENTS The sleeping capacity of the apartments shall be limited strictly to the number of persons indicated in the brochure. Children over the age of two shall be considered full lodgers. Exceeding the number of lodgers shall be cause for refusal. Clients agree to comply with the house regulations in the complex. PAYMENT 30% /thirty per cent/ of the total amount shall be paid no later than 30 /thirty/ days following the signing of the rental conatrct. The 70% /seventy per cent/ rest shall be paid no later than 20 /twenty/ days before occupancy. For reservations made less than 20 /twenty/ days before the date of occupancy, the full payment for the stay shall be remitted. All payments shall be made via a bank transfer on the expenses of the client (deposit + rent). SPECIAL TERMS 1. In the event of cancellation of the reservation within 24 /twenty-four/ hours before the arrival or the voluntary early departure of the tenants, the total amount of the rent for the apartment in question is due, up to 1 /one/ week rent. 2. In the event of a cancellation of the reservation within 48 /forty-eight/ hours before the arrival of the tenants, a cancellation fee for the amount of two days rent for the apartment in question is due. 3. In the event of a cancellation of the reservation between 48 /forty-eight/ hours and 1 /one/ week before the arrival of the tenants, a cancellation fee for the amount of one day rent for the apartment in question is due. 4. For cancellation of the reservation made more than 1 /one/ week prior to arrival of the tenants, all amounts paid will be fully refunded. The bank charge for the transfers will be deducted from the reimbursements.
Eurosilex reserves the right to cancel a booking without prior notice or compensation in the following cases: - an error in the details for correspondence, provided by the client, - lack of evidence for payment and/or failure to pay within the stipulated periods of time, In the event of errors or changes in the brochure between the publication and the date of the booking, the Booking Dept. shall inform the client of such discrepancies before the actual booking.
All prices, dates and terms of occupation are subject to confirmation by our staff at the time of the final booking. The client shall undertake to inquire about the confirmation at the time of making the reservation.
All claims shall be made on the premises, in the complex. In such cases, the client shall undertake to inform our staff as soon as possible.
All claims on expiration of the stay shall be made via registered mail with return receipt no later than thirty days after their stay.
